Steps involved(roughly ha!) :

1.set your environment variable to C:\TC\BIN\;
2.thats all.if u download,save and unzip this 'TC.zip' at C:\ only.
3.incase you dunno whr to find environment variable just right click 'my computer' and go in properties and then in advanced, hop nw its visible no go to step1.
